What is your exchange policy for online purchases? 

At MishMesh, we are pleased to exchange your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.

- Order number 

- Delivery address 

- Specify the reason for exchange.

- You have to self ship the product.


What is your return policy for online purchases?

  • If you would like to return any of the items purchased, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery with the following information: 

- Order number 

- Delivery address 

- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item 

 You have to self-ship the product.
- All refunds happen via Bank Transfer (it takes 12-15 working days)

We are not liable for any Returns / Exchange that we were not notified about first.
